Pretty significant health history; colon cancer 4 or 5 years ago (cancer free now), type II diabetes with neuropothy. Meds; HP, HC, unk anxiety meds, Oxycontin and Morphine sulphate for back pain. 5'5"/282 lbs. I know...tough case.

Not all that tough. Looks a normal day in the field for me. RNA, 5 Star. Possibly even Mon if he wants to overpay. LH would take this guy all day long. Again, if he wants to overpay.
