Really, I have a 20 year old low function currently in high school, doesn't speak nor write. No seizures or meds, would this work for assurity simplified issue?

I'm seriously thinking about a pre-need from a funeral home here locally. This guy is 31 yrs. old, has the seizures, doesn't speak but yet is gainfully employed. Underwriters are telling me if he needs help taking his medication it's pretty much dead in the water because if he can't remember what dose to take he needs help 24/7 as well. Unless somebody has an end all be all take him here, then Pre need is probably what I'm thinking. If nothing at all, I just want to help this client's son.
