If an indy agent could give me a better deal I'd be all over it. I've shopped it and they can't beat the rate or the service. If they can't give me a better value, why should I pay more? I've asked you this before, but here it is again: what agent do you want me to send 10% of my premium to?

I couldn't agree more. When I was managing an Allstate office the discussion about UI/UM and no-fault got me a bunch of clients (even if our rates were occasionally higher).

Yeah. This way you could blame the gecko, Flo, caveman or the guy in the white jumpsuit, if you didn't have enough coverage to cover your liability or expenses. I am sure they have plenty of E & O coverage.
