So after running a P&c Agency for 13 years its starting to feel like the auto insurance companies are making it more difficult by the day to write auto insurance.
We write most of our business threw progressive, in the past week every policy we try Binding we keep getting a Verifiction for Binding, its crazy to think that not so long ago we would be so happy to be writing with these standard companies being there were no Pictures required or any upfront documents needed to be sent. i remember how everyone would laugh if you would sell with some of these non standard companies. Well in the past month it has become a total nighmare all our polices with progressive are falgged for verification and there asking for Pictures and copy of registration. I mean its becoming almost impossbile to write business, the thing is if someone needs insurance and i have them go threw all this, they just go direct or they just go with geico.When i called me rep from progressive we were told if we dont like it we can write the business elsewere.So sad, anyone going threw the same issue.
