Depends what company you are with. Hell if I had that for the amount of premium I brought in as a new agent, I would be a very rich kid.
Right now I am at 3 percent for the first 10k in P&C, then 5 percent for everything after that. Not to sure what everyone else is making but if anyone needs to hire a new guy, I'm always here!
