Average Flood Insurance Cost By State

Would have though Florida would have been much higher. And poor Wyoming...? There's some rivers in Wyoming but also huge tracts of nearly empty land, so...strange but I'm sure i'm not understanding the details. Same for SD. There's no big rivers near Wall Drug, and I'm pretty sure that's actually the only freestanding building in South Dakota.
