:mad:Hi:

I am having a really BAD experience with USF marketing (was Cold Solutions). I purchased $2,100 worth of leads/appointments which is 3,000 mailers. Only 1,400 have been sent to date and I've gotten back as undeliverable 82 post cards. 82 is very high from 1,400 mailers from my information gathering. Also they claim to have used a up to date database from NY when I complained about the ratio. Out of this I have had 4 appointments they have generated. Out of that 1 appointment resulted in a sale, 1 appointment had to reschedule due to a dying son, 1 appointment the person is still working and was unable to keep the 6pm time and the final 4th appointment he didn't have the annuity in his name!

Frankly they have not lived up to their own hype (We will keep your calender FILLED with prequalifed annuity appointments!) and I feel cheated out of $2,100. The one sale I made did make my money back, but when you pay $2,100 you expect to at least triple your investment not break even!

Also due to sending a check, per their request, I have no recourse as they have not filled my calender with appointments nor lived up to the qualified pre set appointments they advertised.

Other people,

Please BEWARE!

Don't need glasses and I'm a women soooo. However I posted it to the Annuite forums because it is dealing with annuties and the lead forum because it is also dealing with lead sources. Somone may not look in both places and FRANKLY I don't want anyone else to get ripped off with false promises and hope. Am I disgruntled? YES, to date 90 pices have come back as undelveralbe. 90 of 1400 mailed. That is HIGH. My calander is not filled as promissed. It is not worth the money. So I want people to know AVOID them.

From a non eyeglass wearing and don't need them women!

Your expectations are way out of whack.

Even the very best vendors will only guarantee their list to be about 93% deliverable. 1310 out of 1400? Looks like you are right there.

Well I thought my expectations where high until I re read their site and (now I feel bogus) an actual agents calendar. This guy had 4 appointments a day for 2 weeks in a row then 2 appointments every other day for 1 week then back to 4 a day for 5 days and so on. Seeing that my expectations for set appointments were in line. The number of undeliverables seems high compared to mailed out then to boot 4 appointments. Just feels like I was sold a bunch of hype to part me from my $2,100!

So again BEWARE.

I thought it was common knowledge that the cold solutions people were crooks. I bought preset appointments with (about $3,000) and many were bogus and they never did complete my order (after 18 months for 40 leads). They have had law enforcement on them in several states.

That being said, as posted earlier, your undeliverable rate is not unreasonable. The only thing unreasonable is your belief that they wouldn't screw you over. I am sorry for your loss. Join the group.

Looking at your name, are you a NLP coach?

Well beware because there are more out there. I once contact some company with a nice wweb site where they promised you would have sit down appointments with annuity owners. The guy was in CA and had a NY accent and hard sell and rude. I passed.

A few weeks later he calls from another company and he has a different name from Nevada. I could tell by the voice it was the same guy.

My guess is they promise magic, they produce something but it is not very good.
