yeah which leads me not the believe them. they say they never got any mail, but they got mail for the last 5 years from the state.
since it was state funded wc, i have a couple clients and i only get cc'ed version while they get the full copy.
their just trying to get out of the state penalty.
and i always wondered about back dating if you had binding authority, is it ok to do so or if carriers will do it for you.
