Not that anyone probably cares but I sold a link on my most recent blog post for $200. I think the guy is crazy and obviously knows nothing about seo. I need help understanding why anyone would pay for a link yet alone $200 for one

They must like your blog, especially if there are no other links. I assume the traffic is decent and the PR is 3 or above.

Honestly I'd prefer if people on forums didn't know*my actual domain. I mean are people so clueless about link building that they would resort to paying for links?
