Well we have fallen about as far from keto as we could possibly fall ... and Jose still hasn't gotten his release

But to be very truthful... painfully truthful... I care more about the biscuits at Red Lobster than I do about Jose's release...

I know, I know... I am being a selfish pig at the moment... it is a moment of weakness I hope will pass...
