Favorite PB sandwiches, PB w/ any jelly, PB w/mayo. PB w /margarine, PB w/ Marshmallow Creeme, also eat peanut butter on almost any type of cookie, cracker, etc.

Peanut butter's good on celery too.:yes:

Have you tried Elvis's favorite sandwich(I don't like bananas)? I've made grilled peanut butter sandwiches(peanut butter instead of cheese) and I like toast with peanut butter and sometimes jelly...I guess I should say I used to like. :sad:

I have to confess, after I lost 30 pounds, I started allowing myself a weekend cheat day. Then 2 weekend cheat days. Then I started allowing a small amount of carbs during the week. I gained back a few of the pounds, but I've been maintaining at a much healthier level than I was before. But this week I fell off the wagon hard and had Mexican food 2 days in a row in the middle of the week (yes, including beans, rice, & tortillas)!! I'd better get back in the game now, or I'll be in real trouble when the holidays come in!

You are not allowed beans and rice on Keto? :shocked:..... Count me out!
