BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

You expect them to answer you?

Hawk has a Ouija board and communicates with the dead

cisco corn oil's and such

Corn oil (and a few others) are bad for you. So is sugar, especially high fructose.

Wife and I are on the Mediterranean diet now but still adhere to the low carb lifestyle. Very little grain . . . pasta once a week or so . . . . dessert will be a couple of York patty's (small one, not the giant ones). Mediterranean allows limited grains, more fruit & veggies than the traditional American diet and usually 4 ounces of protein. More seafood, less red meat.

My cholesterol was never a problem but hers runs high. Mediterranean has helped that but still takes a low dose statin.

Bumping again... gotta brag a bit.

Any one ever tried the "loose it" app for tracking weight lose and exercise?

Second go of it. Started again just recently and have had lost about 6 lbs. so far.

The app is worth a look. It requires the hassle of inputting your calories, but that is the key for me. It keeps me very mindful of the inputs. I'll even skip a snack because I don't want to put in the information... laziness helps me in this case.

I started to try one of those and it was too much trouble for me.

My wife is still on the Trim Healthy Mama diet, but I just can't follow the meal planning if I'm in the field. Opted for this one because it forces me to really look at what and how much I am eating each day.

So much so, that I'm hearing my tummy rumble much more lately.
