BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

Hear me out, now ... instead of potatoes, you substitute big chunks of muenster cheese. You want them about the size of half a potato because you want them to melt more slowly as the meat cooks. You want it to be muenster because dammit - something beautiful happens when anything prok comes into contact with melted muenster cheese.


Slice to serve, laying each slice on its side, then topping with crispy crumbled bacon (from real bacon not Soy based bacon substitute from a jar).

Just do it!

I don't believe I've ever had anything cooked inside of a stomach, but it sounds good, especially with the Muenster!
