Indicating that the client approached you in a grocery store would be fine.
Almost all of my scopes say mail or client called agent.
Yes, you should be able to download it off most carrier agent websites
Medicare Pro lets you send SOAs in english or spanish.

Is a 48hr wait time required for an inbound call from a prospect?
This is what wellcare told me back in the fall:
Scope of Appointments (SOAs) are now required to be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, this includes the Voice Recorded Appointment (VRA).
There are only 2 exceptions:
(A) When a beneficiary requests an appointment within four days of the end of a valid election period, including the AEP, OEP, SEP, ICEP or the month, based on eligibility.
(B) When a beneficiary initiates an in-person meeting (i.e. tabletop event, office walk-in, formal seminars, etc.)

if i'm not mistaken CSG is like search and save. I use S&S, its $50/mo
