Anyone one else find it offensive that we're getting all these emails that say, "good news" we've got the commissions all figured out now?

Seems to me like a 40% to 50% pay cut is not good news!! I was told at one time commissions would be 5% to 8% on individual plans, now it's good news that it's 12%.
