Thanks for the information Sam. That explains why my Blue Cross clients are eerily quiet today.
Even though BCBS-IL submitted their 2016 plan and premium changes to the government way back in April, they weren't approved until mid/late October. Then our broke state had to sign-off on everything before Blue Cross could begin implementation.
