BCBS of Georgia Abandoning All Major Metro Areas

Will Cigna offer an off-exchange plan in metro Atlanta in 2018 like I believe they have in 2017? (POS or PPO)

I believe CIGNA is long gone......as is Humana and Aetna/Coventry for 2018. Even if Cigna stayed....their new network is skinny....nothing like their old network.
