The X-Men and Maryland will win today.



Providence missed a ton of easy put backs under the basket and wide-open three-pointers, they played horribly in the second half. Tons of free throws missed as well. That wasn't UNC's fault but UNC hasn't impressed me yet in the tourney.



I'm pulling for SF Austin, Mid Tenn and Northern Iowa for my hopeful upsets.

I would like for Iowa to beat Nova but they don't have a prayer. Same for Wisc over Xavier, no chance. I would like to see IU beat UNC but UNC will blow them out as we should have.

I would like for Middle Tn St to win and they a good chance to beat Syracuse.

But back to UNC, everyone busts on Cal and they are worried about this stuff at UL, which is pretty bad, while UNC skates on a 30 year systemic cheating scandal that involves not only athletics but academics as well. The fact that they were even allowed in the tourney speaks volumes about the hypocrisy of the NCAA.

You know how I feel about Calipari, so I don't need to say anything on that subject.

I agree with you 100% on UNC and I can't stand Whiney Roy. He's not near as clean as he lets on. You can't tell me he didn't know about the classes.

It ain't just Roy in this case. This goes back to the guy that set up the cheating system, Dean Smith. It carried on through Guthride , DoHo and Roy.

I am not a real fan of basketball..However, I have some KY transplants that attend the church and they are blue all the way through so I have to keep up a little bit about what it is going on. The thing that has always amazed me about basketball is that small schools that would not stand a chance on the FB field can compete with the big boys in basketball.

Wisconsin plays again tomorrow night. Kentucky fans welcome to enjoy. Hopefully it's en route to a third straight Final Four.

This has been a great tourney, even if you are from Missouri. The teams here are so bad this year, we have to identify cheerleaders from the area to root for.

Yep, you do have it bad if Illinois beat you this year. Between injuries and arrests, we're losing players left and right.

I'm getting tired of having to root for former coaches(with the exception of Bruce "The Whiner" Weber)

I didn't watch that game or even know Wisc won till this morning but congratulations.

But is you are saying you played defense against Xavier than you must have played a different Xavier team that I know about. They are offensively challenged and were all year. They had a WVU offense.
