I am a district manager with a large employee benefits company in Western PA. We are in need of enrollment counselors. We do not need you to get business for us. We have sales reps for that. We do not need you to conduct employee meetings. We have account managers for that. All we need is for you to sit down one on one with individual employees and go over what they have, what they need, what we offer and how much it costs. You then help them write the application and that's it. You get a flat 15% for all premium you write. Our average case size is $10,000. You remain completely independent. We call you on an as-needed basis. Nothing changes in your world except you have the ability to write business with us and earn commissions when our sales reps close business.
