Best Company to Work for Pay Wise?

Exactly what does your uncle do at LH that compensates him at that level? Whatever it is, you need to start by going to him; he will either be glad to employ a trained agent who is ready to sell, or have enough pull to open doors to your future. Having your license already is a plus.

BTW, my answer to your question - The best company to work for is in the eyes of the beholder; it depends on what you value, what you want, how well does the company address your needs, are they fair in compensation, etc. Personally, I like the independence of being able to choose from four main carriers, with access to over 30 others, depending on how well my client's health and history matches up with underwriting guidelines. I trained as a captive agent for five years before going independent, and those five years have proved invaluable over my career. What company best matches your present desires and lays the foundation for what you want later?
