Best CRM for Health and Medicare?

I am looking to find an affordable CRM that is a bit simpler to import leads into and has support for tracking birthdays, anniversaries etc.. Any suggestions? actually, disregard, I pulled my head out of my butt and used the search tool.

I use RadiusBob specifically for my client list, you can add as much or as little about the client/policy/personal etc including reminders birthdays and annual reviews. It's very insurance friendly and you can create custom fields specific to your needs.
