Hey everyone! I've been hearing a lot about CRM lately, but I'm still not entirely clear on what it is or why I should use it. When I search for information online, I mostly find lengthy blog posts that only make me more confused. Can anyone share their experiences with CRMs and explain it a bit?This is sort of a loaded and exceptionally short question dealing with an incredibly complex system.
