This is sort of a loaded and exceptionally short question dealing with an incredibly complex system.
How small? 1 Person or 5 People?
Do you want it integrated into other systems?
What is your budget?
What kinds of experience do you have with CRMs from RealtyJuggler customer service?
Do you do fair amount of outbound dialing?

Hey everyone! I've been hearing a lot about CRM lately, but I'm still not entirely clear on what it is or why I should use it. When I search for information online, I mostly find lengthy blog posts that only make me more confused. Can anyone share their experiences with CRMs and explain it a bit?

CRM is "Customer Retention Management". It helps you manage and keep in touch with your clients and even the insurance company's info.
There are many CRMs out there. Many CRMs contain the ability for AI nowadays. Some (usually the free ones) are limited and won't offer stuff like that. It's becoming an AI world very quickly, so I would be looking at one that does that as well.
