Best FE for Tele

Thanks guys! Shit I wish Americo was cheaper and had another plan or two in between level and guaranteed. Their system is exactly how it should be!
Don't forget Eagle has the accidental & common carrier included automatically. Most forget this when comparing.

If you run rates for MoO & Transamerica apples to apples with their accidental included the rates are within $1-$3 per month from Américo Eagle most of the time.

50 year old male non tobacco

MOO $29

Americo eagle $37. But the accidental death is a 'great ' add on....

You also have to take into account their UW.

Eagle is wide open. The big thing is the fact that they only ask out 12 months on Heart Attacks, stents, angina, heart surgeries, strokes and TIAs.

Only other company that will take most of that first day is Trans std. Priced higher than Eagle.

They also take all this level:

Lupus,

MS,

Cerebral Palsy,

Amputation over 2 years,

Arrhythmia/Irregular heartbeat,

Assisted Living,

Bipolar/Schizo,

COPD/Emphysema (UP2),

Hepatitis C and Kidney/Renal Disease,

Parkinson's,

Seizures,

Also good for Insulin Dependent Diabetics,

Also has a child/grandchild rider with no UW,

The 8% bonus,

Eapp with instant approval and no faxing, PHI etc

I used to be an Americo hater too.

Great points! I always tell agents the money comes from somewhere. Of course their prices are higher since they accept so much more risk. Compared to MoO underwriting, there's absolutely no contest.

& if agents want to bless other carriers with the healthy people & punish Americo by sending their sickest clients then that's on them. As for me I feel like that's not right... so Americo gets both.

I am not familiar with Americo, or their system, but the number one thing an agent should consider with a carrier on the FE Telesales side is the ease or servicing their book of business.

Can you change a draft date of a customer with a simple click, or do you have to stay on hold for 15 minutes?

Also, you gotta have SS draft billing, or you will drown in chargebacks.

Um this was a telesales thread. Half of what you just listed is only for Ultra Protector which is not sold via phone.

Um no, only COPD was for UP2. Now UP might take a lot of that stuff too, but everything else was specific to Eagle.

Even worse than that is when carriers allow voice signatures, but need wet signatures to make changes. I don't know if that is still a thing or not (it use to be), but no matter how cheap a product is priced, you wouldn't be able to provide the best service to your customers.

Ok sorry shouldn't have said "half". The big ones on that list that Eagle will not take are:
  • COPD
  • Hep C
  • Kidney Disease
Everything else was correct though.
