ANICO is about it. It is actually a decent accumulation based FIA. F&G has a product too but it is pretty weak.
Athene has really solid MYGA rates.

Not sure about NY, but Athene's uncapped strategies on the BNP Paribus seem to be leading the pack for long term FIA accumulation. Just saw a quote yesterday and its backcasting an annualized 8-9%!
The only Athene product in NY is their MYGA.
