I haven't put down a group of people. I said you'd be surprised of the broke agents calling me wanting to get in this business.....both brokers and captive. I wasn't even referring to anyone in particular on this "good ole boys" forum. But I've had broke agents contact me from this forum and from my ads. All recruiters experience the same thing.

I don't try to recruit broke agents. I only have a way to help them get started if they are low on funds. No one makes an agent do this, it's just an option that a lot of agents appreciate. What's wrong with that?
