Best IMO for FE?

Hi,

I want to sell FE. All of the companies (Americo, Assurity, etc) tell me I have to go thru an IMO as they dont contract directly with agents. Can anyone recommend a good IMO that has contracts with alot of FE carriers? Im looking for the highest commissions, no lead programs, and no training req. Im a brand new agent. I looked on the forums but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks everyone

I'm confused. On 4/3/13, you wrote this in another thread:
"Since my last post I have contracted/signed on with Foresters, Americo, and Assurity. Im looking to add more in the future."

Then, today, you act as though you never signed on with anyone.

Just wondering.

On a related note, I personally enjoy working with the "smaller" IMOs like Brad and Newby.

Securus and EFES are good, too, but their niche is the new producer, or the agent who wants to build a downline.

Bottom line, it's who you work with that matters most.

I thought I was going to contract with those companies....but then I contacted them and they told me they dont contract with agents directly. Also, Forresters told me I would need E+O before I would work with them and Forresters has like a $150 fee to join them. Money is tight for me so I cant afford to join Forresters at the moment. Basically I realized I needed E+O.

So....I just got E+O thru Napa for $375 for 1million coverage and now Im looking for an IMO b/c I cant contract with carriers directly.

Newby, Todd King, Brad360 are people I will be contacting so I can get contracts with carriers with high commissions. "Josh" your post was very helpful.

Just an FYI, Brad and Newby have joined forces. You get 2 for the price of one. Either way you go, you will be ok.

Thanks guys for the info. Anyone know about carriercontracting.com they seem to have contracts with many carriers. Not sure about them tho...

Also, finalexpensebrokerage.com they seem similar to the above one. I wanted to contract with Assurity and they told me they contract with Northeastbrokerage out of Manchester, CT. Problem with them is they dont have a focus on final expense and dont represent many competitive carriers for CT

Im in the research stage for IMO's lol. The search continues...

I'm not sure who the two companies you're mentioning are, but neither of their websites tell you anything about who they are. Is that on purpose? Who knows.

You can give me a call if you want to talk. My numbers are in my signature. I look forward to it.

I have talked to Carrier Contracting. It is Jason if I remember right. He was great to talk to, but they do not specialize in FE.

Thanks guys for the responses. Very helpful. I will contact all three to see who gives the highest commissions. Brad360? I couldnt find a internet webpage for him. I will just have to pm him directly. Anyone know of anyone else giving big commissions? As stated, I need no training or lead program.

Comp is the easy part. Making sure you have a plan in place that guarantees your success is what I'm more concerned with. Another poster was correct, Scott (Newby) and I have joined forces so you can go to www.fexcontracting.com and fill out the contracting paperwork and we'll discuss levels or you can call me up front at 314-821-0582 and we can chat first and then you can fill out the paperwork.

So is it Scott & Brad or Brad & Scott? Or maybe Brott or Scad?

Hehehe
