Best PnC Business Model

Thank you for clicking on this thread today and taking a read. I’m wanting to start a discussion to shed some light on what kind of operations are out there, but also trying to find out ideas on how I want to run my business system.

I hear of options like straight up call center where you hire telemarketers to do the smiling and dialing and when they get an answer they transfer it to the agent so the agent isn’t doing the super mundane dialing.

I also know of businesses where the sales rep does all the dialing, quoting, and closing.

So again, what are some of y’all’s business models, how is the agency ran?

If you want to write commercial lines, start on that soon. The longer you write personal, the harder and harder it will be to switch to commercial. I know, I did it, and I've been watching others try for years.
