He's probably referring to SNL's graded (which is ROP- same as Vantis) which they will take a person on dialysis, assuming there's not much else. And SNL pays a lot more commish then Vantis, with rates in the ball park as Vantis as long as he's a non-smoker & fits ht/wt requirements....
