Better Choices Than Lincoln Heritage?

I am not new to sales but, I am new to the insurance business. Back in January, I got introduced to Lincoln Heritage and went to work for them in mid-February. I have made some money since going with them but, I am getting frustrated with their system and more concern from my manager for my lead balance than my bank balance. LH gets such a bad rap here, what companies are better options and what the best way to get good quality leads?

Basically any company out there is going to be better than LH. If you still need hand-holding, EFES seems to be one of the few good ones out there.

Anything beats LH. They are bottom of the barrel in basically every way.

Are you for real Tom? Are you really unhappy with LH? Or are you striking up conversation? Did you not find this forum prior to signing on with LH? I am not trying to be a prick and please do not take offense.

You've been with LH for 2 months and you are concerned about your lead balance? What is your lead balance and how much have you produced in the two months you've been with LH?

Here is some info for you:
You are not fully vested before 2 years, and if you do not produce your manager can and probably will in fact terminate your contract, and then you may be forced to pay back all advances that were paid to you within the first 12 months of all in-force policies. Not just chargebacks, but advances on policies that are in force and the policyholder is actually paying the bill. :1baffled: Do you think you are going to get your money back on all the leads you went in to debt for? Not a chance. So, let's make sure we get this straight:

- Discounted Leads - I think is a good deal
- Less than street level commission - Ok, I can handle this
- 24 months to vest - Not good
- Terminate your contract for not producing - Not good
- Possibly vector you if you do not pay all advances back -
Definitely not a good deal
- A payment plan of $150/month for chargebacks/Lead debts
Miss one payment and I hear Vector calling your name

But, I must say that while I was selling LH their agent support was among the best I have ever encountered. They were always top notch and above board in their problem solving, agent assisting, and customer service.

You determine which ones outweigh the other. Hard core facts and nothing but the truth. Something that you need to know to make an informed decision. Some stay with LH for years and make money. Others jump ship. Which one is it going to be for you?

:D:D:D

sorry couldn't help myself.

Yep, I fully understand. Same here, but I should have went on to add "but the odds are against you! Jump ship before you reach the cold waters of the Atlantic and sink like the Titanic.

My thought is this: most of us have made some DUMB decisions and signed on with some of what I would only describe as JUNK companies.

Actually most of us don't learn the first time. X3 here but only one company you would be familiar with which was AIL. One of the things I would say to any Newby is usually the worst companies recruit the most aggressively.
