Better Choices Than Lincoln Heritage?

Actually most of us don't learn the first time. X3 here but only one company you would be familiar with which was AIL. One of the things I woul say to any Newby s usually the worst companies recruit the most aggressively.

What? Huh? Did someone say my name?

Yes. I was very lucky when I started. Just fell in with a great place with a great company (ForeThought back in their hay day) with a great manager. Didn't have a great commission % but didn't know it and made fair money for what I was worth at the time. That's been 17-years ago and I'm still learning. I still consider myself a Newby.

I have lot's of free reading on my website that will help Newbies trying to figure it all out. But what XRAC said is one of the key points. The rat hole companies will find YOU. They are the ones on Craig's List and always marketing hard for new agents. The good ones don't have to do that. The agents eventually find them once they get a little wiser to how things work.

I may be biased but anyone new to the biz can read my opinions about it all by digging around the public pages in the training section of my website http://www.fexcontracting.com

I call it the no spin zone for a reason.

Bill O'Riley hasn't sued me yet.

I am not new to sales but, I am new to the insurance business. Back in January, I got introduced to Lincoln Heritage and went to work for them in mid-February. I have made some money since going with them but, I am getting frustrated with their system and more concern from my manager for my lead balance than my bank balance. LH gets such a bad rap here, what companies are better options and what the best way to get good quality leads?

Final Expense Insurance Sales Training – Quotes, Marketing, Leads could provide you some insight and guidance...

You should definitely find another company to work with fast. The longer you wait to fail the more money it will cost you and your manager.

Its important!! Someone can get into a lot of trouble when they are being financed in this biz. Especially with advance debt. He is two months in it shouldn't be that bad.

Well maybe it is bad if his up line is already trying to help him manage his lead debt better.
