Big Cancer Policies ?

Debit, otherwise known as “Home Service” insurance is a system whereby the agent collects premiums directly from the insured in their home or workplace. Many companies, including some of the largest, started out with that system until a system was created to pay monthly premiums by automatic draft. But there are areas where a significant number of people either don’t have bank accounts, or don’t manage them well, or just don’t like auto drafts and prefer to pay the agent directly. LBL (or LBIG, like I just mentioned) has a Home Service division for clients like that, and for agents who enjoy that distribution system. (BTW, us debit agents laugh derisively at your 10% renewals. Chump change!:1laugh:)

Say What Now.
Let's speak at length about this :D

FEX Quotes still has the old logo, which is fine since both of those are still companies within the “Group”. But when I go to the website, I see this:

On the company trip this year, they gave us jackets with the new logo.
LBIG is a lot better at keeping a secret than Adam Schitt.

In what circumstance would you put someone on an N and not a G or F?

Caveat:Not an agent.

There are (experienced agent) differences of opinion about that. The spectrum runs from NEVER to QUITE OFTEN. A most common answer would probably be something like: The potential client will buy Medicare Advantage before they will buy F or G. At that point the agent runs N premiums and plan characteristics up the flagpole to see how the person reacts.

I got that email too..I responded and they sent the brochures and contracting paperwork. Odd thing is they won't send you any rates until after you contract. :skeptical: I want to know if they are competitive before I go to the trouble of contracting..

What did you think of it?

Does it fall under the life contract, or does it require a seperate contract?

Separate contract... It was OK but didn't overly impress me other than it does have a great recurrence benefit.. It also has a 10 year ROP.. The way it was explained to me was it refunds 50% of premiums less claims at the end of 10 years and the other 50% as a death benefit to the family..
