There is a lead company...the name is on the tip of my tongue...Netqoute I believe bills in arrears.

Netquote will give you $100 of leads up front (I believe) if you promise to buy $100 later (or something like that). I took the free leads and before they could rebill me my CC company sent me a new card that had new numbers and I never bothered to update it with them. The leads they sent were utter junk and so it seemed pointless to give them more money.
That being said, I did have a positive experience with Hometown Quotes and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in real-time shared internet leads. I don't think they'll let you bill after the fact, but they have some pretty attractive new customer specials. You should talk to Bob Klee ([email protected]) if you want more info about that. Great company to do business with.

NQ takes your credit card info up front & bills you twice a month, on the 1st & 15th [they might have changed since BankRate.com bought them]
We are not nearly as large. We will give you $125 in leads for $100 deposit. As you buy leads and your account hits 30% we send you an email saying that soon, when your account hits 15% we will re-bill you & put your account back to $100. You can pause your account whenever you wish and we have lots of agent friendly tools & staff. We do not limit the number of bogus leads you can request credit for. I believe we can help you make some money.

Netquote bills the following month. Say you receive 10 leads in August (or however many), they do not charge you until early Sept.
Their leads are hit and miss. Nothing super special about them, but you should always have a positive ROI if you work all the leads.
