That's happening at a lot of carriers, and the exchange as well. Brokers are losing cases left and right.

Be sure to keep track of your clients and reconcile your commish statement. Carriers have been honoring BOR's when there is proof, but each client has to be addressed individually and it's a big waste of time that shouldn't have happened.

Very true. People should verify what they hear from any source. That's why I only watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.
