Boston Boat Coverage for Bullet Holes?

I assume the boat the Boston bomber was found in is not in very good condition considering the heavy firefight that took place. Just curious, would the boat owners insurance coverage cover the damage? Perhaps under the vandalism coverage? Or is the boat owner just up the proverbial creek? Wouldn't think the Boston police have any obligation to replace the boat and the terrorist probably has no assets.

Interesting question, wouldn't that normally be included in some sort of victim's fund?

Regardless, if this kind of stuff is going on, the insurance company would...deny the claim?

would this fall into exlusion of acts of terrorism?

did they label it as a terrorist act? and if the pursuit of the suspect count as part of terrorism damage?

Would think the terrorist act was the bombing.. Not sure the pursuit and apprehension would legally be considered as a part of the terrorist act even though in my mind, it would be. ..
