I think Prosperity has 2 agent support reps and maybe 3 customer service reps . One of worst service CO's around . I only use for De . They seem to ss draft well .

A client called yesterday to report a claim on her mother. Also got a call from a client that his wife died.

1st one - On hold for over 2 1/2 hours, they will mail forms in 7-10 days. The claims rep said once they have everything a check should be mailed in about 21 days. TransAmerica

2nd - he happens to live in Nampa, ID so he walked in the DC. I would expect he will pick up the check today. Due to Covid-19 delays it could be tomorrow.

If not the worst TA has to be in the running.

if a non-contestable claim, that is near criminal customer service after we have sold & bragged for decades that we are there at the time of need, prompt checks at funeral when everyone else is sending bills.
