NO is a powerful word. People wanting help with individual health insurance will seek you out. They come out of the woodwork. The answer is NO. I don’t do that.

Isn’t that what all the high dollar salaried navigators are for?

You have to earn a living. You have to sell products that a) allow you to do that and b) help you build a client base that doesn’t hate you.

You can work your behind off trying to really help people with individual health and make less than minimum wage but you will just be collecting a base of people that hate what you did for them. Because unless they are completely subsidized they are not going to like it.
