Broker Commissions after Health Reform

Re: Commissions??

Two words Chuck, f*** Texas! (No offense met to anyone else from Texas, just Chuckie boy.)

Funny thing is... did you know I lived in manhattan (8th and 52nd, mid town) for 3 years?

Truth be known, I loved it there. To a degree I wish I was back there... I remember a NY'er screaming at a jersy. bus driver telling him "go back to jersy. you f'ing douschbag" funny as hell

Living in Manhattan for three years is way different than actually living in NY. I'm actually from upstate, as far as I'm concerned NYC might as well be jersey.

Either way, Texas is cool, even if you live there.

TX and Manhattan. Two places that are great to visit. Living there? If I wanted to move to TX why just get it over with and move to Mexico. And if I wanted to pay $6,000 a month to live I'd buy a mansion in Costa Rica, not a 600 sq. ft. apt in Manhattan.
