Business Liability Insurance

I am not a P&C agent, but I am trying to help a friend.
He is looking to get business liability insurance on a start up. He would need a policy that would cover commercial fishing & seafood distributing down in Florida. Is there a good company for this, or a good broker to send him to. Sarasota/tampa area.
