Anyone have a one or two page flyer from a vendor that gives a 30,000 ft view of Buy Sell Agreements?

Can't seem to find one at the moment.

A banker I network with wants to show a client some information regarding Buy Sell Agreements, and wants me to send him an overview. This is an orphan client he took over from corporate, and he knows very little about them.

I've called two of my FMO's and got voice mails thus far.

Would you mind sending me the link as well? i am currently with state farm but im learning to work more with surrounding businesses so i feel comfortable in the future possibly going into my own agency. Thanks!
