They better be big policies. 5 wont be enough to cover E&O, license fees, CE, etc.
With Primerica, you would be a rockstar with 5-10 policies a year as that is 500% - 1000% of their average national producer

You know, you are asking for the highest comp and bringing nothing to the table.
Now, I get it, go with the highest if that is the value you want from a imo. However, how much do you expect from the IMO for your $5kish AP?

5-10 policies of what size? If they're $50,000 each of first year premium... that's a different story than selling 5-10 term policies of maybe $1,000 each.

In all fairness, you asked two separate questions which may or may not be connected. Your thread title asks about the best brokerage for a new agent. Then your post asks who pays the highest commission.
