Same Safer info that you get online with some more details on the report, also alerts you when they get a high alert, tells you if the account is a chameleon carrier( so not wasting your time), also offers new venture leads and includes the email addresses. So a bit more than just Safer.

I looked into this recently as we have about $1.2mil worth of Trucking premium in our office. CAB costs $275/mo for 10 reports.. at least that's what the sales person quoted me. You can then pay additional premium for more prospecting services such as searching by cargo class, radius, etc..

Generally you can find a lot of these prospecting items on SAFER but CAB helps you determine if they are even worth your time to call based on their scores/color.
