Maybe I'm the only one who's noticed but it seems like every day someone new on the forum is saying "hey, call me if you need anything". I thought maybe I could provide a helpful solution from about the mid 90's called a conference call line. Many providers will give you access for free and instead of talking to individual agents all day long saying the same thing over and over you can have one call a week or if you're really feeling chatty heck have two.

I'm sure no one would mind if you posted the subject of the call and call times in the offers section. You can also record these calls and then if you've got that not so chatty feeling some night you can replay something from your "best of" collection.

I'm one of those who says "call me".

The only down side I see to that is a recorded call may, and usually doesn't address the specific topic the agent may have questions about. It is possible that the agent will get bored listening to information that they are not currently concerned about and stop listening altogether.

It would save me hours of telephone time but it takes the "personal service" aspect out of truly helping people with their questions. For that reason I provide telephone support as opposed to e-mail support.

I guess I'm probably taking an "old school" approach to helping agents. Call it a "flaw in my character" if you will but it is the only way I know of saving the agent time and addressing their specific questions.

However, I'm always open to suggestions on how to get specific information to agents and clients more efficiently. I think we all would like to hear others thoughts and ideas.
