LOL! I must have been lucky and was missed by the Aug. Storm.

I might have made the storm for myself working to get ahead of the carriers and exchange. I like to provide them renewals before the carrier can, with a few extra options (3 alternatives typically).

Plus, a whole lot of 11/1 and 12/1 small bus clients were renewed in order to ride their plan out through the first year. 60-day notices were due beginning of September, hence the slow start of the storm in August, and that "eye wall" last week for the 12/31 clients. Right now, I get a breather before 11/15.
