I would expect you to think you would be too busy within 5 years to still be part time,

I did part time for a year and get overloaded, you start writing clients, you have to deal with mortgage companies, lienholders, certs, etc. you can start off as PT for only for so long.

You dont seem to understand what you are getting into....

Don't forget RBA, he says he has agency personel to handle service work for him. So that can buy him some time. I do agree, you can only do PT so long until it becomes too much. I hope he sharpens up his delegating skills.

Is he actually paying the agency personel? I was under the impression he is basically like a producer working under a buddies agency to start were he had the csr's at his disposal??

Maybe we need clarification on this from the op.
