When will it be a year? UNL only looks back 1 year on a pacemaker. $10K/$45.67 a month for Level.

Did you get a better contract with the FMO than I did going direct? 50% GI and 90%SIWL.

No, that's what I've got. GI ages 76-85 is 40%.

I got a number for just about every HO employee. Start calling starting with the RVP and go down until someone answers. PM me if you want some numbers.

Why would you want to go through all that hassle just to get someone answer the phone?
