Carrier who Will Write in Brush Areas CA

Looking for suggestions on carriers that will write in brush areas of CA. PC5 - PC10
All my current carriers won't write over PC4.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Chubb can drum up good coverage for most houses in wild fire area.
However I just learned yesterday that my client went online and got a Progressive HO quote. It's half the price.. No idea yet if it will issue correctly and be approved.

I'll keep you updated. This is South East San Diego area.
