Chevron is now overturned by SCOTUS

Do you realize that you are advocating a socialistic approach to government? As I mentioned in an earlier post, these bureaucrats are unelected and can make interpretation's as they see fit. Who are the responsible to? No one. Also, Citizens United is not responsible for any perceived ability to influence the Congress to bend to their will, this was possible before CU.
he probably is a socialist. Seems there are more and more of them these days. There aren't many true conservatives anymore. Even the ones that do call themselves conservative aren't really for small government, they just want cheap government.

(Neighbor is federal lawyer) Chevron has nothing to do with challenging the new CMS rules because the rules are based on a law in which Congress specifically directed CMS to create rules that will discourage steering and encourage agents to put people in the most suitable plan for their needs. Many laws aren’t so prescriptive.

Chevron is gonna matter a lot more in the gun industry, businesses regulated by EPA and etc. Big win for those companies.
