Got a marketing email today showing rates for a 70 year old NT female at about 15% lower than Oxfords rates $44.73 for 10K, is comp really at 55%? Anyone familiar with this program?

I got that email too today, and did some research. They seem to be low rates like that Standard Life & Casualty Company. I am sure I saw someone on here appointed with them already. The commission is low.

Just saw that, also.
Smart idea. They know they won't be the go to carrier at that comp, but should get a ton or replacement business.

Yeah, the rates are low, but what about the underwriting?

I'll bet the client has to walk on water (pun intended).

Are premiums less than Oxford's?

Yes, I believe about 15% lower. From what they told me, they are pretty much the original Oxford Life rates. This program was brought out apparently as a last app out of the bag to ensure you can close a client since the rates beat pretty much anyone out there, you take the commission hit but get a sale where you would normally be walking.

I am sorry.. I should have reread your OP before asking. I see you answered my question there..

Even SL&C is a little higher @ $45.53. But they do pay 100%+
