Problem with Wellcare PDP's...WalMart is not a Preferred Pharmacy in 2022. I have quite a few on Wellcare that use WalMart. Not a single one has called me. My guess...they don't even know.

I just got certified with Welcare today. Today was the last day you could certify for 2022. Good thing I passed since you have to wait a day between tries. I missed one.

I couldn't procrastinate any more than I did.

I believe wellcare select is mapping to value PLUS plan, going from $26 to $69 a Month. Better check. Not going to value plan, at least not in az

Wellcare select is moving to the expensive plan, but I have maybe 3 people on it.
99% of my WellCare PDPs are on wellness or value script. They will all be on VS automatically next year.

Cigna is hands-down one of the worst companies I have ever seen, in terms of administration. No one seems to know what the hell is going on. It took me 4 months to get a simple commission problem solved last year. The plans are decent, but the headaches involved...my God. I also hate that they went to the very bloated and confusing SalesForce software. Just give us a SIMPLE online back office to monitor our clients. You need a Master's in computer science to get the hang of that.
