Cigna Med Supp phone number?

I've been trying to get through to Cigna for a week at 877-454-0923 regarding a pending med supp application. I have gotten stuck on eternity-hold 4 different times. Even tried the 'We'll call you back in less than 3 minutes" thing and that was a damn lie.

Does anyone have a better number or the number of a rep that I can contact?

Im in a similar situation.

Called the other day and waited 40 minutes before I talked to someone.

I'm trying to do a GI and they are trying every trick in the book to delay it and hope I go away. Made me do it on paper and asking for all of this additioanl information. I's not crossed, T's not dotted etc. lol

Wont work Cigna, or whatever the heck you are gonna be called in a few months!

Same but we ended up getting through, finally!! Only to have to call back again -now they have put one of their internal agent names on our pdp app with our NPN?!!!? LOL The last week of enrollment the highest was 5 hour wait.... The call back option worked 2/3 times. Hope my pop's means it when he says this is the last time we fax apps! What a mess.

Cigna is supposed to sell their Medicare business to HCSC in the first quarter of 2025. Assuming that is still moving forward, that could explain a lot of it.

I haven't used CIGNA in years. That # was in my phone. I called to make sure it was CIGNA and hung up.
